Jim and Pat Mathis bought this cozy cabin in 1977 and many families have enjoyed a wonderful retreat to the mountains for the past 48 years. It's been expanded and updated over time, and remains a place of rest and fun for family and friends. The next generation continues to share the cabin with a new generation of friends.
Red River, New Mexico is named for the river that runs through the town, which originates from the northern slopes of Wheeler Peak.
